Walnut Shell

A tan-coloured abrasive made by crushing natural walnut shell rather than recycled crushed material. Non-toxic and biodegradable into harmless substances — an environmentally friendly natural medium.

Paint and coating stripping (selective removal while preserving the primer)
Removal of dust, grime and oil from engines, valves, turbines, molds and parts
Excellent at removing gloss from plastic materials
Anti-slip additive for paints and coatings (ships, decks, stairs)
Filler for rubber and plastic compounds
Improving porosity in ceramic materials
Pet bedding (natural mats and litter)
Cosmetics (exfoliants, solid and liquid soaps)
Excellent for polishing copper and metal components; used as a polishing medium in compounds
